“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.”
– Matthew 28:19-20
Baptisms occur quarterly. We are currently utilizing an online class format with an in-person, follow-up session. Both parents and godparents are asked to attend
You must complete a registration form, submit a copy of the child’s birth certificate, attend a preparation class and choose godparents who meet Catholic Church requirements, which can be viewed by clicking the “Choosing a Godparent” link below.
Please click the button below to register for a baptism. (You can scan and save a copy of your child’s birth certificate as a PDF file and upload it to the form when you fill it out.) After you fill out the form you will receive an email with further instructions and information. If you have any questions please email: [email protected]
If you have any questions or need assistance you can call the office or contact us at [email protected]
